Moving On Up
Real Housewife of Orange County’s Kelly Dodd, has listed her Corona del Mar home by the beach for $6.25 million, according to Nicole Contreras of Nourmand & Associates. The new housewife on the block is selling the property she completely remodeled in hopes of finding a new pad in the same area that has a yard and room for a few special requests. “My daughter is begging us to have a house with a pool and a trampoline,” Dodd tells PEOPLE. “She really likes Vicki Gunvalson’s pool.”

Dodd — who's made waves while navigating her first season of RHOC — tore the 4,428-square-foot house “down to the studs,” and completely remodeled the look and feel. “I sunk a million dollars into the house so it is top, top quality,” she says.

The kitchen not only showcases beautiful tile and jaw-dropping views of the ocean, but it also comes complete with top-of-the-line appliances. “I have a La Cornue stove, I have a Wolf steamer — so it can steam your vegetables, and your meat, and make your pastries — a convection oven and a steam oven,” Dodd says.

While the high-end finishes and modern amenities would suggest Dodd hired a designer, the reality star admits she actually chose everything herself. “I had a designer in the beginning but then he ended up charging us, like, $90,000 for no reason, and I didn’t like his designs so I fired him,” she says. “And I took it from there.” More: Shahs of Sunset's Reza Farahan Premieres a New Real Estate Series on Bravo

Some over-the-top amenities include “$80,000 flooring,” two sets of washing machines, a wine bar, a kegerator and a bar on every floor.

Although she poured a lot of time (and money) into creating the home, Dodd isn’t necessarily heartbroken to part ways with the space, as a yard for daughter, Jolie, is top priority. “I came in with the mindset of selling it eventually,” she says. “I want her to have a good childhood. So if she’s not happy here, it’s time for us to move.”

The oceanfront views are definitely a favorite feature in the home, which boasts two master suites. “It’s so open and it’s white, and it’s clean, and it’s just fresh looking,” Dodd says of the interior.

One of four bathrooms in the house is decked out with mirrored cabinetry, a soaking tub and a vanity table. “I just love the all white,” Dodd says.

Dreamy Dressing Space
Dodd’s closet is more of a dressing room, complete with a velvet tufted borne sofa and chandelier. “My closet is unbelievable,” she says. “A hundred drawers,” a bar and a deck are just a few of the space's highlights.

Jolie, 9, currently has this bright bedroom with marquee lights and a patterned ceiling. When asked if her daughter will design her next room, Dodd says with a laugh, “Probably not.” She continues, “You know, they change so much from 10 to 16 so I’ll make it more teenager-like.”

On to the Next
Some might find a remodel to be overwhelming, but Dodd says, “The whole thing was so much fun for me, I kind of want to do it again.” The newest member of RHOC says she’s open to either purchasing an empty lot or a tear-down for the next home she plans to share with her husband, daughter and mother. “We’re considering both,” she says. “Whatever makes sense.” More: Gwyneth Paltrow, Brittany Snow and More Amazing Celebrity Living Rooms
