Luann D’Agostino has a new penthouse pad to go with her new married life.

The Real Housewives of New York star, 51, is showing off the big city digs she shares with husband Tom D’Agostino Jr., who she married in December 2016. The Manhattan address comes complete with a marble-clad kitchen, statement art and an outdoor terrace fit for a countess . . . or a grocery store mogul.

In the entry, D’Agostino’s favorite feature, aside from the dark wood paneling, is a 1930s lamp from Paris that she says, “looks so cool. And rich.”

But, as any smart decorator knows, money can’t buy you class, which is why a mix of high-end buys and sentimental showpieces is important to her well-rounded design. For D’Agostino, the latter takes the form of proudly displayed artwork “surrounding the gorgeous fireplace,” created by her daughter, Victoria, and her niece, Nicole.

The kitchen is where the reality star and her family spend most of their time, she says, “Because who doesn’t love a great kitchen? And this one is fabulous.”

A large glass table with banquette seating, counter-to-ceiling marble and plenty of treats for their pup, Astin, make the space a standout. The real selling point, though, is the terrace.

“It’s just gorgeous, we do a lot of entertaining out here,” she says. “It’s just a fabulous terrace to have in New York City. It wraps around the entire penthouse, which is unusual and very special.”
