Nina Dobrev rules the red carpet, but the Vampire Diaries star also has, ahem, killer style at home.
“Nina’s style is feminine and airy with a bit of an edge,” says Mat Sanders of Consort Design, who worked with Dobrev, 27, to decorate her Los Angeles home (and counts Jessica Alba and Shay Mitchell among his clients). Sanders worked with the actress’s “light and bright aesthetic to create an artfully imperfect, cozy yet modern bungalow with dark, rich accent hues.”
But one accessory line steals the show in the “California cool” space: celebrity-favorite LUX/EROS. Founded by fashion industry alum Desanka Fasiska, who makes the ceramic tableware and accessories in her Hollywood Hills home and studio, the line offers the perfect balance of artisanship and urban edge.
Dobrev’s favorite pieces are the Pyramid Stud Bowl and Plate in black and white, but she’s far from the only celeb to support the line. Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian‘s hair stylist Jen Atkin, bloggers Claire Thomas and Justina Blakeney and Amanda Thomas of Luv AJ have all picked up pieces from the brand.
The pieces also nod to some of fashion’s iconic forms including Diane Von Furstenberg’s lip motif and Valentino’s studded heels. And just like their clothing counterparts, they’re a status piece for any Hollywood starlet.
