Comedian Joel McHale is saying farewell to a surprisingly gorgeous family home.
The actor, who’s known for his role on Community as well as for hosting The Soup, has listed this property on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Loz Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $2.395 million, according to Carrie Berkman Lewis of Partners Trust.
At 3,451 square feet, the 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house offers plenty of space for McHale, 44, wife Sarah, and their sons Edward and Isaac. The traditional-style build is homey with welcoming touches like warm wood flooring, lots of natural light and a bright red front door. A renovated chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, an office, den and family room round out the floor plan.
Inside, the McHales didn’t shy away from color or pattern, as many of the rooms feature a pop of paint or textured wallpaper. One living space even showcases a floral motif and gold starburst on the ceiling.

The backyard area is an outdoor entertainer’s dream, featuring a kitchen, dining area, plentiful seating and a large statement fireplace. The blue stone patio also leads to a staircase providing a secret entrance to a gated park next door.
Although McHale is saying goodbye to the charming property he picked up in December 2007 for $1.88 million, according to Variety, the favorite funny guy and his family are bound to find a suitable replacement soon.
