WATCH: This Hotel Suite Comes with Its Own Movie Theater and a Private Butler

Posted on

Now this is how you vacation.

On Travel Channel’s new show Hotel Impossible: Five Star Secrets, host Anthony Melchiorri explores the villa at One&Only Palmilla Resort in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, and somehow the private butler is not the most impressive of the suite’s endless list of amenities.

In this exclusive clip from the premiere, airing Monday night, Melchiorri explores the over-the-top hotspot, saying, “I hope to God this is what heaven looks like because I can’t imagine it’s better than this.”

Outdoor fountains, an infinity pool and unobstructed views make the outdoor space “the real draw,” but the interiors aren’t too shabby, either. A private chef is at the guests’ disposal and is well equipped to prepare pretty much any cuisine.

“If you like Mexican food, Italian food, Moroccan food, sushi, anything you want,” Angel, the private butler, whose services also comes with the suite, says.

Plush robes that retail for $200 and a master bedroom that’s “larger than most normal hotel suites,” according to Melchiorri ensure visitors are comfortable. If it rains on your Mexican vacation, don’t worry; the suite has its own private movie theater to keep you entertained.

To top it all off, Angel is available to guests 24/7 — he even has his own quarters inside the villa. “At night I sleep here. The butler stays 24 hours here,” he says. “I sleep with my uniform on in case you can’t sleep and you want to have a glass of warm milk. All I do is get up and I’m ready to serve you.”

An Angel who serves you in heaven on earth — does it get better than that?

Hotel Impossible: 5 Star Secrets premieres with back-to-back episodes on October 24 at 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. ET on Travel Channel.
