The most magical real estate listing just hit the market.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the home in Berkshire, England, that served as the set for the Dursley’s home in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone is now on sale for 475,000 pounds, which comes out to a little over $619,000 US dollars.

After undergoing many renovations, the three-bedroom detached build doesn’t look quite like the same space where Harry spent his days locked in a cupboard under the stairs being pushed around by his Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia and obnoxious cousin Dudley, but the updated home is charming just the same.

The home is conveniently located to local transit and sits in a quiet cul-de-sac (though sadly it’s not called Privet Drive). It also has amenities like a remodeled kitchen, a spacious outdoor area and a “cloakroom,” which has to be for hanging up your invisibility cloak after a long day.

Even if a room at Hogwarts seems far more appealing, you can still live like Harry if you’re the lucky muggle to snatch up this listing.
