When you combine a sunny summer day, champagne, polo and A-list celebrity guests it can only mean one thing: It’s time again for the annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic.

The star-studded event—which is also open to public ticket holders—will return to Liberty State Park in New Jersey on Saturday, June 3rd. The park sits just across the river from Manhattan and offers sweeping views of the Statue of Liberty and city skyline.

Taking in the match and the sights this year will be stars like host Neil Patrick Harris, Nicole Kidman, Kendall Jenner, Priyanka Chopra, Lucy Hale, Keri Russell and more. Alicia Keys will also be ending the event with a live performance on the field.

To celebrate the Classic’s 10th year, gourmet food trucks will be on site to feed the hungry guests—including local favorites Red Hook Lobster Pound and Oddfellows Ice Cream.

And, of course the bubbly will be flowing throughout the day—but, for the occasion, Veuve Clicquot will also be serving two signature summer drinks made with the brand’s Rich champagnes, which are designed for mixing into cocktails. Keep these recipes (below) on-hand for your next outdoor cocktail party, so you can make a toast to summer.
