We first discovered sweet potato toasts at the beginning of the summer, and since then we’ve made it our mission to come up with as many toppings as possible.
The method is simple: Take a washed sweet potato (you can either peel it or not, depending on your preference) and cut into slices about ¼-inch thick. Cook them in your toaster just like you would bread, repeating until slightly browned and fork tender.
Once you’ve got the technique down, the possibilities are endless. Here are three flavor combos we’re loving right now, but feel to experiment with your favorite ingredients!

Berry & Goat Cheese: Spread with softened goat cheese, top with blueberries and drizzle with honey.
