In just 5 minutes and even fewer ingredients, you’ll have a perfect dessert to serve for unexpected summer guests. The recipe has a subtle kick of booze, but if you want a kid-friendly version feel free to sub in some orange juice for the rum. Alternatively, if you want to kick it up a notch, you can always add more — just know that will make the consistency more like that of a frozen drink than a sorbet.

Piña Colada Sorbet
4 cups frozen pineapple chunks (not thawed)
¾ cup coconut milk
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp. rum or orange juice
In a food processor, add all of the ingredients. Process until everything is smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
