Peanut Butter S’Mores Nachos
14 graham crackers, broken in half
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
3 cups mini marshmallows
1. Place half of graham crackers on the bottom of a 10-inch oven-safe skillet. Top with 1/3 of the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips, and marshmallows.
2. Top with remaining graham crackers, then the remaining chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and marshmallows. Broil on high in the lower third of the oven until the marshmallows are toasted and chocolate has started to melt, about 3 minutes.
