Nearly three months after marrying director Mackenzie Hunkin, fashion blogger and TV host Louise Roe is revealing all the details behind their October nuptials.

The couple, whose wedding was featured in the winter issue of Martha Stewart Weddings, said “I do” in the English countryside, surrounded by 150 of their close friends and family.

The 35-year-old recently shared a photo of the sweetest element from the event: their gorgeous three-tier cake. “The most delicious cake I’ve ever tasted!” she captioned the photo of the stunning vanilla sponge cake. Baker and food artist Juliet Sear made the confection and finished it off with naked-style frosting, so parts of the cake shined through. Roe says she then topped it off with her “decor obsession, kumquats!”

The cake went perfectly with the botanical theme of their special day. Displays of more kumquats and hanging vines were hung above three long tables where guests dined and sipped on Winc Wine during the reception.

Since tying the knot, Roe has been sharing photos from the day, including glimpses of her unconventional red wedding car, her flower girls in their trendy flower crowns and her “complicated” Pronovias gown.
