Christmas morning breakfast can be a tough one. You want something festive to get you in the spirit, something hearty to fuel you through all the present-opening, but something easy — because there are 1,000 other things happening and you’ve still got dinner to make.

This Biscuit & Gravy Wreath checks all the boxes. Using store-bought biscuits means it comes together in under 20 minutes, and the gravy cooks in the oven along with it so it all comes out hot at the same time in one delicious package. No stovetop fuss!

Holiday Biscuit & Gravy Wreath

1 ¼ cups hot milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. minced rosemary, plus sprigs for garnish
14 store-bought refrigerated biscuit dough rounds
Melted butter
2 tbsp. grated parmesan
Pomegranate seeds, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 325°. In a ramekin, whisk together milk, cornstarch, minced rosemary, salt and pepper. Place in the center of a round pizza pan and surround with biscuits. Brush the biscuits with melted butter and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until biscuits are browned and gravy thickens. Stir the parmesan into the gravy and garnish with rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds.
