OLIVA CULPO, BACK 40
The former Miss USA winner is going back to her roots by opening a family restaurant in her home state of Rhode Island alongside her father, Peter Culpo, and cousin Josh Culpo. Olivia celebrated the opening night on August 28 by posting a first look at the red farmhouse building, which seats 165 people including dining space on the back patio. The menu features "American comfort food" like crispy Brussels sprouts, a pepperoni burger and lobster mac and cheese.

Now that the Fixer Upper stars' Silos Baking Co. bakery is up and running, the couple is turning their attention to their next project: a new breakfast and lunch restaurant in Waco, Texas. The menu, Joanna writes in a blog post, will feature Chip’s “famous ham sandwich,” as well as “the Farm eggs benedict, the Gaines Brothers Burger, and of course our homemade pies!” And, of course, the couple is taking great care with the overall look of the space: "We’ve spent a good amount of time finalizing the design of the new restaurant—from carefully choosing finishes, textures, and paint colors, to designing the tables, chairs, and light fixtures," she writes. Chip and Joanna haven't revealed an opening date for the restaurant yet but say that "we are setting our sights on opening at the end of this year. Fingers crossed, everyone."

FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE, FGL HOUSE
The multi-platinum duo—Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard—are opening their very own four-level restaurant and entertainment venue called FGL House in Nashville this summer, which they say will feel like opening the doors to their home. “It was something BK and I always thought would be neat, whether it was a bar or a restaurant — we’ve talked about opening a coffee shop before,” Hubbard tells PEOPLE exclusively. “We have a knack for food and beverage; taking care of our friends and our people.”

The RHONJ stars officially put their dramatic past behind them, opening up an Italian restaurant together in East Hanover, New Jersey. The venture is a tribute to Joe and Teresa’s mother, Antonia, who passed away in March. “My mother loved to cook; it was like her drug,” Joe told PEOPLE. “I always told her I was gonna open up a restaurant for her. Then I got busy. While I signed a contract on this place we lost her. So this is for her.”

When Jon and his wife Dorothea opened two locations of their volunteer-run Soul Kitchen in New Jersey, they wanted to create a community where diners pay if they can, a model that was Dorothea’s brainchild. “My wife does all the work,” Jon joked to PEOPLE. “And I get all the credit!” Unlike at a standard soup kitchen, diners of all socioeconomic backgrounds sit together at communal tables, as the restaurant serves both paying customers and those in need. All the ingredients used in the menu, which includes comfort food like pan-seared salmon, homemade jalapeno cornbread and spinach rice, are sourced within five miles.

The Grammy-winning rapper and hip hop artist teamed up with chef Andrew Tabb to open a new Southern comfort food spot in Atlanta's busy Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Named after his album Chicken-n-Beer, the supper-style restaurant menu includes dishes like Luda’s Chicken and Pecan Waffles with a whiskey-maple sauce and Cajun boiled-peanut hummus.

The actress turned her passion for popcorn into a Paris shop serving gourmet flavors of the savory snack. Truffle parmesan, Canadian maple and cheddar are a few of the varieties available inside the barber shop-themed store. In 1999, the Logan star and his wife Deb traveled to Ethiopia to visit a community development project and met a young coffee farmer named Dukale, who was working to lift his family out of poverty. Inspired by Dukale’s story, Jackman launched Laughing Man Coffee and opened his New York City coffee shop to help farmers in developing countries to sell their goods. Jackman donates all of the profits from the coffee to his Laughing Man Foundation, which he created to support educational programs, community development and social entrepreneurs around the world.

Located in Secoia, Georgia where the series is filmed, the eatery offers an American menu filled with options like Norman's burger (a bison patty with beetroot, spinach, onions, fried egg and mustard—without a bun), barbecue grilled flatbread, gourmet potpie and Georgia peach cobbler. “It’s something to pay tribute to the area where we shoot the show, and have the cast and the crew have a place to call their own," says co-owner and TWD director Greg Nicotero.

The multi-hyphenate brothers opened the first location of their family-run burger joint in 2015 outside Boston. Since then, the Wahlbergs launched the Wahlburgers reality series on A&E and expanded their burger empire quickly—with plans to open 150 locations worldwide. “I realized what a great opportunity it would be to build a business with my family and pass it on to generations,” Mark told PEOPLE.
