This fun food hack uses a balloon to shape melted caramel candies into an edible vessel for your favorite frozen treats — just blow up, dip, pop and enjoy. It also works using melted chocolate, just transfer the balloons to the refrigerator to harden before popping!

Salted Caramel Ice Cream Bowls Recipe
15 caramel candies, unwrapped
½ tsp. salt
Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
Special equipment: Two clean balloons, blown up
1. In a medium bowl, microwave the caramel candies in 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Stir in the salt. In another medium bowl, add chocolate sprinkles, if using.
2. Take the blown-up balloons and dip them, top side down, in the caramel, then into the chocolate sprinkles. Place top side up in a separate bowl to dry and repeat with second balloon. Once cooled, carefully pop the balloons and remove them from the caramel. Place a scoop of your favorite ice cream inside the bowls and serve!
