First the champagne, then the ribs.
After taking home the NBA championship trophy for the second time in three years on Monday, Golden State Warriors point guard, Steph Curry, had a lot to celebrate — and he got a little help from his wife Ayesha.
The 28-year-old chef and cookbook author posted a celebratory meal on her Instagram story on Tuesday, showing off the home-cooked ribs she prepared following the big win. “The beginnings of some ribs,” Ayesha posted before slipping a large pan of delicious-looking ribs into the oven.
“Doing a little @eatatsmoke at home! Coming along nice!” she then posted, referencing her new restaurant, which is expected to open later this year.

By no surprise, the finished product looked mouthwatering. “All done. Look at these ribs, yes,” Ayesha says as she filmed a video of the finished ribs smoking on a plate.
She then topped them with fresh chopped scallions, and said her family thought they were a hit.
“Post ribs itis and bliss because the fam LOVED them,” she wrote.

Though it was all about the meat post-win, Ayesha recently revealed that it was “all about the carbs” before each game in the Curry household.
“We have pasta, and I make the same sauce every time,” she told Bon Appetit‘s healthyish of her go-to gravy from her cookbook, The Seasoned Life, made with San Marzano tomatoes and her own herbs and seasonings. “We’ll switch out the protein sometimes—ground chicken, ground turkey, ground beef, sometimes straight-up vegetarian—but, for Stephen, it’s all about the carbs. It’s just getting that pasta in.”
