While in Minnesota, the victim claims Malone started making sexual advances at her, but nothing happened then.
In July 2014, Malone and his family moved to Chester County, where he “again invited the victim to live with him even registered the victim in a local high school,” according to the press release.
“The victim reported that Malone began sexually assaulting her in the fall of 2014 while she was living at his residence in the unit block of Atherton Drive in Exton, Pennsylvania,” continues the press release.
“The victim also reported that she attended the church Malone was a pastor at during this time period. The victim reported that Malone provided alcohol to her on two occasions after she turned 18 years of age. During one of those incidents, the victim alleged that she became highly intoxicated and was molested by Malone,” the press release concludes.
Authorities believe that Malone may have fled the state. Anyone with information on Malone’s whereabouts is asked to call the West Whiteland Township Police Department at (610) 363-0200 or (610) 692-5100.
