The plea deal – entered on his behalf by his attorneys to Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Leland Harris – comes with some pretty hefty consequences. The singer will have to complete five days of community labor and an anger management program, according to a statement released by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office. He also must pay $80,900 in restitution, and stay away from his neighbor and his family for two years.
In addition, Bieber, 20, was placed on a two-year probation.
“Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him,” Bieber’s team said in a statement issued to Entertainment Tonight. “He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music.”
