It appears Judge Joe Brown will be the one in need of some defense for a change.
The former TV personality, 66, who is running for D.A. of Shelby County, Tenn., reportedly caused a raucous in a Memphis juvenile court on Monday.
Brown appeared on the scene to represent someone in a child support case, says TMZ – and “incited a near riot” when the staff told him they had no record of the case in question.
The news site adds that after “playing to the peanut gallery,” Brown was cited for contempt five times and was ultimately ordered to spend five days in jail. Leaving the premises at his own will, he was apparently “screaming the entire time.”
