A third man has been charged in connection with a string of break-ins that preceded the November 10 killing of pregnant mother Amanda Blackburn, the wife of a young Indianapolis pastor.
Charging documents filed Monday and obtained by PEOPLE indicate that Diano Gordon, 24, faces burglary and theft charges for stealing electronics and other items from two homes prior to Blackburn’s killing.
An affidavit claims Gordon allegedly entered the two homes with two accomplices, Larry Taylor, Jr., 18, and Jalen Watson, 21. Both of those men have been charged with Blackburn’s murder.
Gordon is not charged in connection to her death.

The 28-year-old mother was allegedly shot in the head more than a month ago after Taylor and Watson entered the Blackburn home through an unlocked door.
Police say that Davey Blackburn returned home from the gym to find his wife unconscious and on the floor, bleeding from her head.
Amanda died the day after the shooting in the hospital after being removed from life support machines.
Gordon has been in jail since November 19 on an alleged parole violation. Court records do not indicate who his attorney is.
