Dennis Farina won’t face felony charges for having a gun in his luggage at LAX earlier this month.
Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles district attorney’s office, said Friday there wasn’t enough evidence, the Associated Press reports.
The case has now gone to the city attorney’s office, which could file misdemeanor charges against Farina.
The former Law & Order star said he forgot the loaded .22 caliber gun was in his carry-on luggage and apologized after his arrest.
