After her stunning acquittal on a murder charge, Casey Anthony is set to leave an Orlando, Fla., jail on Sunday – but she’ll have to return to the area for more legal problems.

Anthony, 25, whose release from incarceration is being conducted under heavy secrecy for her safety, must appear in October at an Orlando law firm in a civil lawsuit accusing her of defamation, a judge ruled Friday.

The lawsuit was filed by Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, who claims she suffered damages when Anthony told police a nanny by the same name had kidnapped 2-year-old daughter Caylee, who was later found dead.

Anthony’s lawyer later acknowledged she made up the story and that such a nanny never existed.
