On the day that Caylee Anthony’s remains were found, her mother Casey Anthony sat in the jail infirmary, hunched over and rocking back and forth. As news of the discovery played on a TV in the waiting room, Anthony began hyperventilating, before asking for a sedative.

On Friday, Judge Belvin Perry ordered that the video of Anthony’s reaction to the news should be released. It had been sealed throughout the trial because another judge had ruled it to be “inflammatory.”

Judge Perry ruled that, “There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in jail,” and that the video should be released now that the trial has ended.
