Anne Hathaway‘s former bling is headed to the auction block.

Following her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri’s arrest in June 2008 for swindling millions out of investors, the FBI seized nearly a dozen items he had given the actress during their four-year relationship. Federal authorities are now planning to auction off the high-priced jewelry, though no date is set as yet, the New York Post reports.

Prosecutors had forced the Devil Wears Prada and Alice in Wonderland star, 27, to turn over her gifts from Follieri as evidence as they built a case against her former lover, 31, who was recently sentenced to 4½ years in prison after pleading guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy.

Among the expensive baubles: a $25,000 gold Rolex watch, a pair of silver diamond earrings, a silver chain with a cross pendant, two gold rings, a five-strand pearl necklace and a Louis Vuitton box. Though Hathaway was given the opportunity to bid exclusively on the items, she chose not to.

The convicted con man had a long, checkered past. He and Hathaway split just before his arrest.
