Wedding bells might be ringing for Emeraude Toubia and Prince Royce. It was announced earlier this week that the young couple is newly engaged after several years of dating.

According to Univision’s morning show Despierta America, the Bachata singer proposed to the Shadowhunters’ star.

Sources told the network that Royce gave the actress a ring valued at about $100,000. However, the details of the proposal or the wedding plans remain a mystery. The two have yet to make an official announcement of their engagement.

PEOPLE reached out to Toubia’s rep, who said they did not have a comment at this time.

Toubia, who was born in Canada and raised in Texas, was included on the list of People en Español’s Most Beautiful People list for 2017 and was featured as guest editor for Chica in the magazine’s May 2017 issue. “I think it’s really nice to have a relationship and the person that you’re with supports you and is with you at all times,” she told Chica about her relationship. “It’s nice to have that balance between work, being happy and being in love.”

After years of keeping their love quiet—even after attending red carpets together—the couple confirmed their relationship early last year. Back in 2013, after they were seen holding hands on the streets of Miami, the former telenovela star told People en Español, “Prince is a guy that I admire and care for very much.”

Fans recently sparked engagement rumors after Toubia was spotted wearing a diamond on her ring finger during a night out with her boyfriend in Los Angeles (pictured below).

Royce will be embarking on his international tour in a few days as Toubia rocks the small screen in Season 2 of Freeform’s Shadowhunters. The actress is also nominated for Choice Sci-Fi TV Actress at the Teen’s Choice Award, which is airing August 13th on FOX. Fans are able to vote until this Friday for the Mexican-Lebanese actress on teenchoice.votenow.tv.
