Latino celebrities came together for a glamorous evening at the Spanish-language award show Premios Juventud (Univision) on Thursday. The night featured new music, unconventional speeches and sexy performances, including one from Univision host and beauty queen Clarissa Molina. The former Miss Dominican Republic Universe opened the show with a performance alongside Justin Quiles, where she traded in her evening gown for a skin-tight jumpsuit that had sheer cutouts on the legs. To match her daring outfit, Molina brought out all her seductive dance moves on stage as Quiles performed his song “Egoísta.”
While most of her followers were impressed by her dance performance, others took to the Internet to criticize the young Dominican television host for allegedly copying Jennifer Lopez, both in how she dressed and how she moved.
“I love you, but you’re imitating J Lo,” wrote one of her followers on Instagram. “Don’t do it please, be genuine.”
While another commented: “You want to look like J Lo, but you’re not on her level. You really need to use your own image. Do not imitate.”

The jumpsuit worn by Molina, who also won the reality pageant competition show Nuestra Belleza Latina (Univision) for 2016, is similar to the one worn by Lopez for her 46th birthday last year.
Unsurprisingly, the devoted fans of Clarissa soon came out in her defense. “Awesome, beautiful. She did look like J Lo with that body,” added one user.
The following day, Molina clarified that Lopez was her inspiration behind everything including the hair, the outfit, and dance moves. “I released the J.Lo in me. J.Lo really is an inspiration to being a sexy, confident and sensual woman,” she said while also thanking her fans for the support.
