Zac Efron is taking yet another step to show he’s truly serious about his sobriety.

Just a little more than a week after attending the SXSW festival and telling audience members at the premiere of his new movie, Neighbors, that his favorite beer was nonalcoholic O’Doul’s, the actor has put his former bachelor pad up for sale, reports the Los Angeles Times.

In spring of 2013, the star secretly underwent rehab but showed off his six-month sobriety chip at a Lakers game in December, two months after purchasing a new home in the Hollywood Hills for $4 million.

“He cut most everyone out of his life who were part of the party scene,” a source in his circle told PEOPLE earlier this month.

Efron purchased the pad he’s unloading in December 2008 for $2.35 million, and it looks like he’s hoping to make a profit by listing it for $2.849 million.

The home has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and an infinity edge pool.
