Although his fiancée has referred to him as a “total bridezilla,” Russell Brand has learned the best way to plan his upcoming wedding – simply leave it all to his bride-to-be, Katy Perry.

“If you’re getting married, the girl does it,” the British funnyman told PEOPLE at Thursday’s premiere of his new movie comedy Get Him to the Greek, at Las Vegas’s Planet Hollywood.

So he’s not participating in the wedding planning? “No way, man. I’m just looking out the window,” he says.

Brand, 34, says he and singer-songwriter Perry, 25, have not yet decided on a location for the wedding, but he’s not ruling out any place – even Las Vegas.

“Now we’re talking, the drive-thru chapel,” he says, clearly tongue in cheek. “A Vegas wedding, married by Elvis Presley, or even better, Aaron Presley in his unnourished form.” (Elvis’s birth name was Elvis Aaron Presley.)

As the wedding waits to be planned, Brand and Perry have already expanded their home, to include the recent addition of Krusty The Cat to a brood that already featured two other cats, Kitty Purry and Morrissey.

Discussing his new “child,” Brand calls Krusty simply “naughty … He’s a really difficult cat. He’s a showoff.”
