Pam Anderson and Kid Rock team up when her former fiancé guest stars on the season premiere of her FOX show Stacked on Wednesday. PEOPLE looks at the duo’s TV appearance and more events to watch for in the coming week:
SUNDAY, NOV. 6: While politicians across the country are getting in their final licks in before Election Day, The West Wing is getting into the spirit of things with its first live episode ever. Jimmy Smits – as Democratic presidential candidate Matt Santos – and Alan Alda – as Republican Arnold Vinick – will go head-to-head in a live debate – and viewers can even submit questions for the “candidates” on NBC.com. The episode airs on NBC at 8 p.m. ET.
TUESDAY, NOV. 8: Now that he and Renee Zellweger have gone their separate ways, Kenny Chesney is back to business with his second album this year, The Road and the Radio. After announcing their annulment in September, Chesney told Country Weekly magazine that he was excited about having the focus back on his career: “It’ll be about the music again, not about the sideshow.” And the country star will also have his first primetime TV special, Somewhere in the Sun, airing on ABC on Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. CT.
Ashanti, Nelly, Destiny’s Child’s Kelly Rowland and a host of other musicians will pay tribute to Lady Marmalade herself in An All-Star Salute to Patti LaBelle, airing live from the Atlantis resort in Paradise Island. A highlight of the event: The R&B will reteam with her former LaBelle bandmates Nona Hendryx and Sarah Dash for a special performance of “Lady Marmalade.” The show airs on the UPN at 9 p.m. ET.
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 9: Pam Anderson and Kid Rock are getting back together – for TV, that is. The former couple will team up for the season premiere of Anderson’s FOX comedy Stacked. Rock’s role: He’ll play a delivery man who visits Skyler’s (Anderson) bookstore. Tune in at 8:30 p.m. to see if the onscreen sparks fly between the once hot-and-heavy couple.
