You’re only as old as you feel, and roller coasters have a way of making anyone feel young.

Ria, a 70-year-old grandmother from the Netherlands, found that out as she hopped on a roller coaster to prepare for an even bigger life event: Her first plane ride.

As part of phone company Vodafone’s “First” ad campaign, Ria was paired with An, a 78-year-old also from the Netherlands, to help each other conquer their fear of flying.

While An elected to do her flight homework with a virtual reality headset, Ria decided to get her hands a little dirtier, and took a roller coaster ride to simulate the experience.

Her obvious enjoyment is wonderful to watch, particularly at the end of the ride, when she asks, “How’s my hair?”

You can watch An and Ria help each other cope with their first flight below. Their post-flight experience – a beachfront vacation – seemed considerably easier to manage.

“I now feel 10 years younger!” Ria proclaims near the video’s end.

“Yes, well definitely with the way that you behave,” An responds.
