Turns out a picture is worth a thousand words and thousands of dollars.

Hottie Thug Jeremy Meeks, who became Internet famous for his flattering mugshot, has been offered a modeling contract based on his prison pic. According to, Santa Monica modeling company Blaze Modelz has offered Meeks a $30,000 contract with the group. The deal also includes representation from Gina Rodriguez, the same agent who handles Patricia Krentcil – better known as tan mom.

It’s a fashion fate the web predicted. After Meeks’s mugshot was posted to the Stockton Police Department’s Facebook page, earning thousands of likes, admirers started photoshopping his face onto fashion spreads. No more need for cut and paste, ladies. It looks like hottie thug is heading to the runway.
