Ice cream may be one of the easiest things in the world to sell.

That said, this ice cream vendor in Turkey has a sales routine worked out that elevates the simple act of cone-slinging to an art form.

Working out of Istanbul’s Old City, the vendor uses a metal pole to serve the ice cream, before working in some sleight-of-hand cone tricks.

You’re welcome to give this a shot with ice cream of your own, but it’s unlikely that it’ll work quite as well: The magic ingredient that lets the treat defy gravity is mastic gum, a widely-used stabilizing element in Turkish desserts.
