While the Toronto International Film Festival may be over, PEOPLE went behind the scenes to capture some of the world’s biggest stars.

Ben Affleck – who was promoting his spy thriller Argo (Affeck directed and stars) told his costars, John Goodman, Bryan Cranston and Alan Arkin to “look mean” while they playfully tossed popcorn in the air during their photo shoot.

“I’ve never had so much fun whoring myself out for a movie,” Goodman joked at the Shangri-La Hotel.

Naomi Watts‘s photo shoot was a family affair: she posed for her brother, photographer Ben Watts, at the Trump International Hotel & Tower. The Impossible actress laughed about “the family dysfunction of having to sex it up for your brother.”

“This is a movie I’m really proud of,” she said of the film, in which she plays a character who survives the 2004 tsunami in Thailand.

Cloud Atlas costars Halle Berry and Tom Hanks took their photo shoot outside as the duo posed with cups of coffee at the Shangri-La Hotel. Berry called starring alongside Hanks in the sci-fi epic “a dream come true.”

Fresh from the Venice Film Festival, Kate Hudson posed alongside The Reluctant Fundamentalist costar Riz Ahmed. During the shoot, Hudson sipped champagne as her fiancé looked on lovingly. Although she said making the film was “an intense experience,” she adored her costar. “Riz and I got along so well,” she said.
