It’s an architectural masterpiece – and it’s on the market.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are selling their recently completed palatial home in Brentwood, Calif., the Los Angeles Times reports. Asking price? A cool $50 million.

The eco-oriented, 13,890-foot French-style chateau was designed by architect Richard Landry and featured in the October issue of Architectural Digest.

“I like simplicity and coziness,” the Brazilian supermodel, 33, told the magazine about her vision for the home, while Brady, 36, called it “a sanctuary for our family.”

According to the real estate listing, the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate overlooks the Pacific Ocean and luxurious features include antiqued floor boards, an infinity pool and “a winding gated driveway lead[ing] over waterfalls and ponds to a motorcourt paved in reclaimed cobblestones.” (You know, like your house.)

The New England Patriots quarterback bought the home in 2008 – the year before their wedding – and the couple reportedly spent about four years developing it. It’s rumored the family is selling the house to live full-time in the Boston area.
