Thurman/Tarantino Reunion

Posted on

“Pulp Fiction” fans take note: Uma Thurman and writer/director Quentin Tarantino are scheduled to team up again in Tarantino’s upcoming project, a film called “Kill Bill,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. Thurman, 30, is said to be clearing her schedule to star in the film, which has been described as a “revenge film” and is reportedly scheduled to begin pre-production next spring. It’ll be the first time Thurman and Tarantino have worked together since the 1994 cult classic “Pulp Fiction,” which earned an Oscar for Tarantino and co-writer Roger Avary and an Oscar nomination for Thurman. But if you can’t wait that long to see Thurman on the big screen, not to worry. Her new movie, “The Golden Bowl,” in which she stars with Nick Nolte, opens November 3. The film, directed by James Ivory (“Remains of the Day,” “Howards End”) and based on the novel by Henry James, is a social drama involving an American art collector (Nolte) and his daughter (Thurman) who travel throughout Europe.
