Taylor Swift‘s heart of gold just keeps on giving.

On Saturday, the 25-year-old singer met 6-year-old Taylor Rayburn, who, according to the Tuscaloosa News, was diagnosed with a rare type of kidney cancer known as Stage 3 Wilms’ tumor.

The young fan’s dream to meet her fellow Taylor became a reality when her mom, Allison Rayburn, took her to a 1989 concert.

“Since Taylor spent her birthday in the hospital we surprised her this weekend with a trip to Atlanta and Taylor Swift concert tickets,” wrote Allison Rayburn, the girl’s mom, on Facebook.

The proud mom told E! News all about how they hit it off with Swift’s mom, Andrea Swift, whose cancer diagnosis inspired a moving letter her famous daughter penned in April.

“I said to Taylor, ‘Come on, if you can’t meet Taylor Swift, you can at least meet her mom,'” she explained.

The trio headed backstage, where the young Swiftie watched the concert from a special director’s chair. After Swift hit her final note and the lights went down, the Taylors finally came face to face – and took some adorable photos, one of which Swift shared on Facebook.

Rayburn said her daughter has a few more chemo treatments remaining and might be done with the treatment in December, E! reports.

Swift’s support of cancer patients has been well-documented – most recently, she donated $50,000 to a cancer-stricken baby related to her backup dancer Kim “Toshi” Davidson.
