Last week’s “Survivor” Nielsen ratings couldn’t match this week’s, but the CBS reality show still managed to land at No. 1 for the week of Aug. 14-20. “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” held firm, while “Big Brother” made a nice showing for itself. (The rating is the percentage of the nation’s estimated 100.8 million TV homes. Each ratings point represents 1,008,000 households.) Last week’s Top 10:

2. “Who Wants to be a Millionaire – Tuesday,” ABC, 14.5, 14.65 million homes

4. “Who Wants to be a Millionaire – Thursday,” ABC, 13.7, 13.83 million homes
