Seth Rogen: My Office Doesn't Smell Like Pot!

Posted on

Seth Rogen wants to clear the air – literally.

The actor, 32, slammed an article that surfaced Wednesday with the headline: “Sony’s Amy Pascal Delays Office Move Due to Seth Rogen Pot Stench.”

The story, published by The Hollywood Reporter, claimed that Sony exec Amy Pascal, 56, halted her move into a new office space because the previous occupants (Rogen and Canadian screenwriter Evan Goldberg) left it reeking of marijuana.

But Rogen took to Instagram to insist that the duo did not, in fact, smoke the Sony producer right out of her new digs.

“I don’t know what’s more irresponsible,” the Neighbors actor captioned a screen shot of the article, “that they would print a story that is completely untrue, or that they would refer to how pot smells as a ‘stench.’ #mys—smellsgood.”

The details in the story were based on tidbits provided by anonymous sources, who told THR that the smell was “so bad that it has seeped into the flooring” and crept all the way up to the “the third floor of the building.”

This is the latest Sony-related story featuring both Rogen and Pascal to make headlines in recent months.

They were at the center of the Sony hacking scandal at the end of last year that was reportedly initiated by North Korea in retaliation over Sony’s comedy The Interview – written and directed by Rogen and Goldberg.
