Atlanta fans went loco for tickets to Latin sensation Ricky Martin’s upcoming concert. The Oct. 24 show sold out in 30 minutes. Even at $97 apiece, the best of the 15,000 seats at the new Philips Arena, which hasn’t even opened yet, were the first to go when tickets went on sale Saturday. “It’s a hot show. It’s the best sales we could have ever expected,” said concert promoter Amy Helbert of Concert Southern Promotions. The Atlanta concert is the only one scheduled in the Southeast, outside Florida, on a 15-city tour this fall, Helbert said.
