Lesson 1: Kiss many (beautiful) frogs before you find your princess
As Prince George celebrates his first birthday July 22, he has a few years before he'll be bringing anyone special home to Buckingham Palace. But when it comes time to dethrone uncle Harry as the family's resident charmer, the young royal could borrow some pickup lines from Clooney, who famously savored his bachelor days before popping the question earlier this year.

Lesson 2: Actually, curiosity killed no one
Au contraire, a little monkey business went a long way for the ever-mischievous Curious George as he learned about the world around him, from bunnies to bicycles.

Lesson 3: Lead the way
Many, many birthdays from now, the future king will be ready to try on his crown. Until then, he need not look any farther than across the pond, where the first president of the U.S. paved the way in the 1700s. Plus, the Founding Father couldn't lie to his own pa about that cherry tree, a lesson we're sure Prince William would appreciate if George, say, broke his iPad.

GEORGE HERMAN 'BABE' RUTH, JR.
Lesson 4: Don't let fear get in the way
The baseball legend hit the ultimate home run when he said, "Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game." Those are words that will take on a whole new meaning when he's outgrown his adorable spot on the sidelines – and especially if he takes up the family sport: polo.

GEORGE OF THE JUNGLE
Lesson 5: Take a walk on the wild side
Lions, tigers nor bears could frighten the Tarzan-inspired jungle dweller, who made his first incarnation in the 1967 animated series. As Prince George has clearly inherited mom and dad's penchant for animals and adventure, the young royal is ready to explore.

Lesson 6: Connect with the people
The Italian designer's motto for success: "I design for real people. I think of our customers all the time. There is no virtue whatsoever in creating clothing or accessories that are not practical." And when George is sitting atop his own empire, we hope he won't forget all of the people who fawned over his impossibly adorable cheeks along the way.

Lesson 7: Nice guys finish first
We've thought Prince George was fetch ever since the first time we laid eyes on him, and he can totally sit with us anytime, anywhere. Likewise, he doesn't need to stoop down to Mean Girls levels to maintain his popularity.

Lesson 8: Reach for the stars
May the force be with Prince George as it was with the Star Wars creator, whose epic space opera has inspired many to channel their inner Jedi since 1977. Whether the royal's ruling Buckingham Palace or, say, a galaxy far, far away, the sky is hardly the limit for George.

Lesson 9: Try something new
The two-time World Heavyweight champion packed a punch in the ring and, surprisingly, in the kitchen (hello, George Foreman Grill!). Prince George can skip the school of hard knocks, but know this: you can do anything you set you mind to – OK, except when it comes to bath time.

Lesson 10: Honor tradition
The future king could learn a thing or two from the King of Country, who has honored his beloved genre's roots since he came to fame in the '80s. And with an upbringing that has continually nodded to tradition, we have a feeling Prince George will continue tipping his cowboy hat (well, make that a crown) to his family's illustrious history.
