“Toy Story 2,” Disney and Pixar’s animated tale of talking toys, debuted nationwide with $80.8 million from Wednesday through Sunday, shattering the previous Thanksgiving record of $45.7 million set last year by “A Bug’s Life,” which was produced by the same studios. The take for “Toy” far exceeded Hollywood analysts’ projections and is considered phenomenal. Elsewhere at the box office this long holiday weekend:
