O.J. Simpson's Kids Have Made Their Home in Florida, Son Justin Says 'It's a Great Place to Live'

The hit FX series The People vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story may have amped up interest in the “trial of the century” again, but O.J. Simpson‘s children with ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson, Sydney and Justin, are avoiding the spotlight by making their lives thousands of miles away.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, both of Simpson’s kids have put down roots in St. Petersburg, Florida, where they work in real estate.

“It’s a great place to live, why not St. Pere?” Justin, 27, told the newspaper. “It’s gorgeous here.”

Sydney, 30, also lives in the area, where she reportedly owns a home, a duplex in the neighborhood of Coquina Key, and another duplex close by.

The siblings were young kids – Sydney, 8, and Justin, 5 – when their mother, Nicole Brown Simpson, was killed with waiter Ron Goldman outside her Brentwood home in 1994.

Since the trial and their father’s acquittal, the pair – who have two half siblings from their father, Jason 45, and Arnelle, 47 – has lived fairly quietly lives out of the public eye.

However, earlier this year both Justin and Sydney made a rare public appearance when they attended the wedding of their cousin Sean Brown to Laguna Beach‘s Casey Reinhardt in Newport Coast, California in February.

“Justin was in a celebratory mood and having a good time,” a source said after the event.
