POSTPONED: Britney Spears hit another roadblock Thursday as the pop star canceled yet another show on her Onyx Hotel tour, this time citing the flu. The show at Cleveland’s Gund Arena was axed, even as fans were filing into the venue, the Associated Press reports. It was Spears’s third cancellation of the tour, following a couple missed shows due to a knee injury. Earlier in the week, Spears returned to the stage a newly minted brunette. The Cleveland show was rescheduled for June 29.
ANGERED: Britain’s royal family is upset by photographs of young Prince William that appeared in the UK tabloid the Sun, Reuters reports. The pictures show the 21-year-old prince skiing at a Swiss resort with a young woman he is believed to be dating. But the photos have upset Buckingham Palace because the Sun ignored an agreement with the royal family, in which William would pose for photo ops during his ski trip. In return, newspapers had agreed to not run other photos of the prince. It was the first time the Sun had violated trust, but the paper defended itself by saying that William’s girlfriend today could be England’s queen in the future.

STARRED: Late comedic actor John Belushi was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Thursday, more than 21 years after his accidental drug overdose in 1982, the Associated Press reports. Among the celebrities who turned out to remember Belushi was his brother Jim Belushi, star of ABC’s “According to Jim,” and Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd, Belushi’s costars from the original “Saturday Night Live.”
JAILED: Carlene Carter, the daughter of June Carter Cash and stepdaughter of Johnny Cash, was taken into custody in Sumner County, Tenn., Thursday, AP reports. Carter, 48, reportedly failed a drug test that was a required part of probation stemming from a June 2001 arrest for heroin possession. A hearing is scheduled for April 12. June Carter Cash and Johnny Cash both died last year.
