Just call her the anti-Bridezilla.
Natasha Henstridge may be tying the knot, but she’s not obsessing about every little detail of the wedding ceremony. Her main priorities: “The food, the dress and who’s going to be there.”
“Beyond that, somebody else can plan the whole thing,” the ITALIC “Species”] star, 34, tells InStyle Weddings.
Engaged to her fiancé, Scottish singer Darius Danesh, for two years, Henstridge has yet to decide on a location but does have an idea as to where she’d like to get married.
“Scotland, Cabo, Napa – we just can’t choose,” she says, before adding that they’re “leaning toward the beach with immediate family and friends.
“Afterward, we’ll have a party in Newfoundland, where I’m from. Something really casual – like a lobster boil or boating on the ocean with my family,” she adds. “And then a Persian-themed bash in Scotland with his family.”
Even though Henstridge hasn’t selected a wedding dress – she’s willing to take chances but is looking for something “classic” that’s “fun, light and whimsical” – one thing’s for sure: “We’ll serve red velvet cake wherever we are.”
