Mike Myers, P. Diddy Join Oscar Presenters

Posted on

Mike Myers and Sean “P. Diddy” Combs are two of the final names that have been added to the list of presenters for Sunday’s 77th annual Academy Awards, according to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Myers, best known for the Austin Power films, provides the voice of Shrek in Shrek 2, which has been nominated for Best Animated Feature. Myers will also work on Shrek 3 later this year.

P. Diddy makes his first appearance as an Oscar presenter at this year’s show. In addition to his music credits, Combs has also appeared in such films as Made and Monster’s Ball. His next film project is Carlito’s Way: The Beginning.

Both men join an already-impressive list of presenters that includes last year’s Best Actor winner Sean Penn, Al Pacino, Dustin Hoffman, director Martin Scorsese, Best Supporting Actress nominee Natalie Portman, Halle Berry and last year’s Best Actress winner Charlize Theron, among others.

The 77th Academy Awards will air on ABC Sunday at 8 p.m. ET from Hollywood’s Kodak Theatre.
