On rare days off, TV journalist Lisa Ling gets to spend time with those who matter most: husband Dr. Paul Song and 3-month-old daughter Jett. "My work, shooting for Our America, requires so much travel and it's so hard to be away from her," Ling tells PEOPLE. So on non-working days, the two are almost inseparable.
Catch Ling on Our America – Special Report: Gods amp Gays, airing Thursday, June 20, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on OWN.

It's not all business, though! "I might indulge and get a scalp massage and haircut," Ling shares. "I love catching up with everyone at the salon and I always leave feeling great."

SUCH A JOY

STEP BY STEP
But after baby time, it's workout time. "I like to stay in shape and when I have a free moment I try to squeeze in some Bikram yoga or do the Santa Monica stairs," the OWN star says. "The latter is super-rigorous and, best of all, free!"
