A toast: to the royal couple! Whether you’re a Kate Middleton fan or still crushing on Prince William, it will be good to have a drink with friends in honor of their big day April 29.

From Kate’s favorite cocktail at London hotspot Mahiki to classy mixes at Public, PEOPLE is bringing you recipes fit for a Queen (and her party-time guests):

Mahiki’s Pina Colada

• 1 ripe pineapple
• ½ cup fresh pineapple (see instructions)
• 3 tbsp. dark rum
• 1 ½ tbsp. coconut rum
• 2 tbsp. coconut cream, such as Coco Lopez
• 2 tbsp. lime juice
• 2 tbsp. pineapple juice
• ½ cup crushed ice

1. Using a sharp knife, remove top three inches of pineapple. Using a sharp knife, hollow out pineapple, reserving cup pineapple flesh and being careful not to pierce bottom of pineapple.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
3. Begin blending slowly, gradually increasing speed and adding additional ice to achieve a loose, icy consistency.
4. Pour into cored fresh pineapple.

Beachy cocktails not your thing? There is always a more refined libation at Public, the London hotspot owned by the Prince’s good friend (and former Mahiki part-owner) Guy Pelly, 29.
