Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis was on a charitable mission of sorts last week in Miami.

The 32-year-old single father and regular PEOPLE blogger took a tour of the Juvenile Justice Center Thursday. A visit arranged by Voices for Children, an organization that fund raises for the Guardians Ad Litem program that advocates for foster children in legal matters.

“The girls were pretty excited,” a GAL employee told PEOPLE about the “handsome and charming” visitor. “He observed court, spoke to judges, lawyers and social workers, chatted with the kids and, of course, posed for pictures with them.”

His visit created such a stir in the courthouse even one of the judges joked about fixing him up with her own daughter should the matchmaking show not work out, says a source.

There are 13 bachelorettes left for Galavis to choose from. The show airs on ABC 8 p.m. ET Mondays.
