With four kids under the age of six – and a busy modeling and hosting career – Heidi Klum has experienced her fair share of lack of sleep. But the supermodel says the key to handling motherhood is simply to enjoy it.

“I think you should have a great time with it,” she says. “It’s such an amazing experience.”

As for how she’s always been able to bounce back to her pre-baby body, Klum, who walked the runway in November, just six weeks after giving birth to daughter Lou, credits her good genes.

“I never really had so many cravings or weight issues [during pregnancy],” she says.
