Rosie O’Donnell briefly replaced the actor who played the Cat in the Hat in the Broadway show “Suessical,” but now guess who says she may be permanently replacing Rosie when the talk queen leaves her syndicated show next June: Kathie Lee Gifford. “We’ve just had some preliminary talks about that,” Gifford, 47, told reporters in a conference call that was reported by New York’s Daily News.
