Riffing off this theory, matchmaking service Three Day Rule is using facial recognition technology as part of their white-glove approach to finding love. Marketing themselves as a dating concierge, Three Day Rule is working to make online dating more personalized. The company has found that while the ethnicity, hair color and body type someone is attracted to may vary, their preferred facial structure tends to stay the same. Using facial recognition technology, Three Day Rule’s matchmakers can narrow down potential set ups based on the face shapes history shows you prefer.
Along with using this new technology to help daters find love, Three Day Rule also meets every potential match before sending folks on dates. In fact, the company recently announced a partnership with Match.com to be its premium matchmaking partner for customers who seek a more personalized approach to dating.
